End of Year Gratitude: 3 Ways To Show

We want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has been part of Our Journey in 2022. 
Giving thanks has been shown to enhance our moods, decrease stress and drastically improve our overall level of health and well being. In a time of giving thanks, we want to reflect on the gratitude we can express towards those involved in our lives.
How we practice gratitude is limited only by our imagination, but in case you feel lost, here are 3 easy ways you can show gratitude before the year ends.

Handwritten Letters

Hadwritten letters show that you care. In a world that is increasingly digital, handwritten letters add a soft and sincere touch that people will appreciate. 

Keep a Gratitude Journal

Gratitude needs to be practiced and keeping a journal is a great way to get started on this journey. By implementing daily habits to record what you are thankful for throughout the days can boost your mood and help you approach life with more positivity. 

 

Volunteer Your Time

One of the best things you can do to pay it forward would be to bless others. We find that taking time and helping other people can help you be more appreciative. Volunteering can also provide a healthy boost to your self-confidence, self-esteem, and life satisfaction. You are doing good for others and the community, which provides a natural sense of accomplishment. Your role as a volunteer can also give you a sense of pride and identity.
It isn’t just about how you express gratitude, but why- be sure to stay mindful and do things with intention.
